... analyze the efficiency value of community health centers in South Jakarta and identify efforts that can be used to increase the efficiency value. The data used are primary and secondary data from 10 sub-district level Puskesmas and combined with information about the scope of certification. By using Data Envelopment Methode (DEA).Several analyzes were carried out, including analysis of the value of efficiency, projected input and output, strategies for improving the performance of the Puskesmas. The results of these study shows that inefficient health centers are still found even though they have implemented ISO 9001.</p>
