The paper is devoted to the topic of the issues surrounding the existing policy measures regarding artificial intelligence in the EU. This technology brings new opportunities and can be quite useful in various spheres of social life but at the same time, it raises ethical concerns and issues in respect of the potential intrusion of the technology into peoples' private lives.
