The jury retired for a short time to consider upon their verdict, and upon their return into court the foreman said they found a verdict for the plaintiffs. By the JUDGE.-Do you find that the defendant was practising as an apothecary on the I st of July. The Foreman.-We find that the defendant was practising on the 1st of July, and that he was not acting as the assistant of his brother.
