This paper presents problems in Urdu collation sequence and proposed solutions by experts of Urdu. Key issues regarding Urdu collation sequence on which the major dictionaries differ are presented and a unanimous solution by the experts on these issues is also presented. This effort will make possible a standard Urdu collation sequence and make advance data processing possible for Urdu.
