The study population consisted of 304 male and female supervisors of educational training. The study reached the following results: -The study population agreed on all the axes of the study with (completely agree), except for the second axis with (agree). -The dimensions of the first axis came in descending order: administrative professional standards, basic professional standards, communication principles, training process management, and training evaluation. -The study presented a proposal of professionalization of educational training among its supervisors to become an entry for achieving the competitive advantage. -Some research and studies have been proposed; such as: the relationship between professionalization of educational training and improvement of professional quality and competence of trainers in Saudi Arabia.
