Plant tissue culture provides a medium for the rapid growth and multiplication of economically important plants. It helps to develop mass amount of plantlets in a specific time and for bulk utilization. In the present study one medicinal plant, Eryngium foetidum, L was taken for the in vitro propagative study using various plant growth regulators.
