The downward pressure of energy economy keeps on increasing. It's the key point of social and economic work to assess the level and quality of county economic development in Yulin city to innovate the development mechanism and stimulate development dynamism of county economic. Make use of the statistical data of Yulin in 2015, select the indexes indicating development level, dynamism and potential of county economic and adopt the factor analysis method to analyze and compare the comprehensive
