This study aimed to investigate the effect of focus on form on the acquisition of English middle voice by Iranian EFL learners. Forty participants were assigned to two groups with learners in the experimental group receiving formal instructions on middle voice structure in English. An independent t-test was run to compare the two groups. The results indicated that there was a significant difference between the two groups.
