In this paper, sufficient conditions for oscillations of the first order neutral differential equation with variable coefficients (x{t) -cx{t -T))' + p(t)x(t -<T) -q(t)x{t -ft) = 0 are obtained, where c, r , a and y. are positive constants, p, q 6 C([to, oo), R + ) .
