The present article analyzes basic peculiarities of the formation and development processes of Ukrainian and Adyghe national educational systems in Kuban under the all-Russian indigenization policy of 1920-1930. The resolution of such problems as: application of education in native language, personnel training, local attitude, the course and the results of aims set as well identification of distinctive feature of indigenization of education of Ukrainian and Adyghe districts.
