Aggregates used in concrete are fast depleting natural resource and the quarrying of which is causing environmental issues. Hence, the use of aggregate from alternate sources such as from waste discarded glass, from foundry sand discarded after metal casting process and sea shells is investigated. Compressive strength of concrete with glass powder, foundry sand and sea shell is studied individually.
