Our current national legislation does not comply with international standards that establish the liability of an athlete and other persons for the use of prohibited substances and methods. Also, the current legislation of Ukraine does not give an answer to the question -as to whether it is possible to compensate for the damage inflicted on the professional sportsman by an improperly rendered decision regarding him for using doping.
