Vehicles in the future will have significant increases in capability and demands for wireless communications resources. Applications include vehicle status and maintenance information, navigation information, entertainment, and concierge services. To meet these needs, the vehicle must have the capability to allocate and prioritize communications resources in response to the needs of applications.
