The aim of our study was to evaluate the changes of IOP during laparoscopic surgery in pediatric patients.We enrolled thirty-six patients, ranging in-between 15 months-16 years, undergoing elective abdominal surgery. Eighteen received laparoscopic surgery (LS) and eighteenlaparotomy surgery (LT).
