SAGITTAL SINUS THROMBOSIS AFTER CHILDBIRTH BRITISH 537 MEDICAL JOURNAL The details of pre-operative treatment, operation, and post-operative care are described, and subsequent injection treatment is outlined. The whole varicose circulation can be completely obliterated in from six to eight weeks from the time of operation, and the patient rendered fit even for heavy work.
