The new phase of privatization in Russia envisages the transfer of certain enterprises into private ownership with the aim of modernizing the economy and making it more innovative. A number of measures have been elaborated by the government to facilitate this process and ensure a most effective outcome. Still, there exist some problems, which have to be tackled and hence the need for expert opinion and evaluation.
