Objective: To find out the relationship between psychological contract and job satisfaction in entrants with college degree. Method: The study is based on a survey of 250 entrants with college degree in the Pearl River Delta region, who are assessed with the staff's psychological contract and the job satisfaction scale, the significant difference and the related factors are analyzed.
