A 47-year-old man died from fatal pulmonary hemorrhage. Cardiac angiosarcoma with lung metastases was found at postmortem examination. His chest radiograph showedbilateral, diffuse nodular infiltrates without cardiomegaly. Nocardiac signs and symptomswere observed. The clinical outcome was rapidly fatal.
