Conventional data sharing systems are based on presumption that connections are reliable, and a faulty operation will be considered in case of losing a connection. Flashing connections are characteristic of mobile devices, which leads to the conclusion that networks are not reliable, and the conventional approach might not be the best solution. A possibility to access information in a disconnected situation would certainly improve availability.
