Abstract:Corn stover and rice straw fermentation were carried out using Bacillus megaterium MYB3. The decomposition rates of cellulose and hemicellulose were analyzed at d3, d5, d10, d20. Organic acid concentration was determined by HPLC. The decomposition rates of cellulose and hemicellulose in corn stover were 54.29% and 48.21% in 20 days respectively.
