At the beginning, it is found in most of the countries that offer teacher education are not concerned with the current need and development needed for the school and the industry(real life), rather they just design the curriculum as per the decision of members of the board or senate. Generally, the board does not want to discuss exactly with the nominees or experienced teachers and the school manager.
