There are several defects with the current evaluation strategy for educational competitiveness of universities, namely, the lack of a well-established evaluation system and the complexity of evaluation factors. To overcome these defects, this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the educational competitiveness of universities, and establishes an evaluation system covering such three aspects as basic input, progress and output.
