more » ... of high-tech organizations in order to ensure their global competitiveness; the aim of the article is to increase the competitiveness of high-tech organizations on the basis of the synthesis of an effective policy of motivation of personnel of the organization; to achieve this goal this article solves the problem: the study of the specifics of the modern stage of competition of high-tech corporations; research the content and value of the policy of motivation of high-tech organization; synthesis of methodological foundations of the paradigm of the formation of the policy of motivation of high-tech personnel; a mathematical model to assess the effectiveness of the policy of motivation of personnel.; the risks inherent in the inefficient paradigm of motivation of high-tech organization personnel are structured and described; the scientific novelty of the article is associated with the definition of the content and formation of the paradigm of the policy of motivation of high-tech organization personnel; it is proved that the proposed methodology for the formation of the paradigm of the motivation policy is applicable in various sectors of the economy.
