Phyllodes tumours are rare breast tumours. These fibro-epithelial neoplasms are classified as benign, borderline & malignant based on stromal & cellular patterns, but a reliable classification is challenging. The diagnosis is based on core needle biopsy. Treatment of choice is surgical excision with negative margins.
