ABSTRACT. We present in this paper two innovative spatio-temporal ontologies: TSN (i.e., Territorial Statistical Nomenclature) and TSN-Change. These ontologies allow for description of territorial partitions composed of territorial units (irregular polygons), used as a support to the collection of statistics. They enable linking the successives versions of these divisions through RDF graphs that describe territorial changes, potentially affecting several nested levels of the nomenclature. These ontologies provide stakeholders with a harmonized model, as close as possible to the vocabulary of the domain, for the publication of any Territorial Statistical Nomenclature, in the Web of Linked Data.
