Implementation of Quality Management System for Historical Building Conservation

The main objectives of this study are twofold. Firstly, to identify the implementation of ISO 9001 procedures being used as references for conservation works and the development of Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines. Data were solicited from three (3) conservation areas. The analysis involved of descriptive approach and statistical methods.
