This study will be looking into whether the levels of job commitment and job satisfaction are highly related by the type of leadership style portrayed by leaders in higher educational organisations. It will be descriptive research to further understand the correlational relationship between arrogance leadership (independent variable) and job commitment and job satisfaction (dependent variables).
