EUROPACE pacing, comparing the clinical benefits with pts indicated to traditional CRT ing lead featuring a mapping collar for optimal site selection prior to helix (NON-UG). extension. Methods: 20 pts (mean age 75,1&5,2; 17 males) with convenctional VVI or DDD pacing, NYHA 3-4 and severe ejection fraction depression (EF < 35%), were examined and compared to 20 pts with first indication to CRT. more » ... and clinical evaluations were performed at baseline and every 6 months. We considered non-responders to CRT pts with less than 1 NYHA class improvement. Results: After a 15 months follow-up period 6 pts resulted non responders, 3 in the upgrading to BIV pacing group and 3 in the the other one.
