A number of 3, 5-disubstituted Z-chloromethyl-1, 3, 2-oxazaphospholidine Z-oxides were prepared by the reaction of 2-aminoalcohols with chloromethylphosphonic dichloride. Characteristic mass fragmentation pattern was observed with these cyclic phosphonamidates. The cyclic compounds were examined for anticholinesterase and insecticidal activities.
