One of the most important objectives of the research was to achieve the following objectives: to know the relationship of sustainable development to the purposes of Islamic law, to explain the applications of sustainable development in preserving the purposes of religion, self, mind, offspring and money in detail, to enrich the knowledge of the purposes of Sharia with realistic examples and facilitate their understanding of people, and then to work according to the purposes (murad) of Sharia. To clarify the link between sustainable development and conservation of necessities, needs and improvements. Two main approaches have been adopted in this research: the inference approach, which is based on Islamic texts, which are like the general rules of Islam, after they have been confirmed. The inductive approach, is to monitor and analyze the statements of jurists in matters. It also envisaged the abbreviation as much as possible, and documented the transfer of sources by the ratio of words to the sayings. I attributed the verses to their walls, graduated the hadiths from the six books and quoted the scholars' judgment on them if they were incorrect, and left the translation to the flags so as not to overload the search with margins. At the end of the research, I came to the following conclusions: The subject of sustainable development, despite its modernity, has been at the forefront of Islamic law since time immemorial. Sharia, and its understanding of all incidents that may occur to Muslims in all walks of life. At the end of my research, I recommend: to consider and show care for the subject of sustainable development, and its study in all its legal, health, social and economic aspects, rooting out the applications of sustainable development taken in Muslim countries in particular and in the world in general, as they are based on the principles of sharia and its tolerant provisions. To delve deeper into the subject of sustainable development by linking to the various sciences of Sharia: interpretation, hadith, jurisprudence, and others. Holding a scientific conference to address the various aspects of dealing with the topic of sustainable development, educating people about what Allah has prescribed, which brings these meanings, from pedagogical, doctrinal, historical prospectives and so on.
