Humans life is dependent on technology, if it is their health, travel, day to day life activities, living, moving, traveling, etc. technology is everywhere now and we cannot escape it. With all this, now there is an extra relief and support to human's daily life and work through the Internet of things. but, security issues and cyber-attacks are making the privacy of its users a challenging aspect of it, where the IoT device require and works on low power and memory, which makes it difficult to

Therefore, this research article is contributing to the existing works and literatures, by proposing and introducing a robust multi-factor authentication and security model for IoT called SAARZ which uses hardware-based Intrusion Prevention System using PUF, and also IDS technology for detecting unknown and known attacks couple with Hardware based IPS system using PUF, further it uses hash function, XOR operation, Timestamp, and Nonce. The informal analysis shows that, this Security Model is resilient against both known and unknown attacks.
