Talking the Talk and Walking the Walk: Designing an Online Admissions Process in an Elearning Training Project

This paper presents a case study of the design and implementation of the admissions process in a large teachers elearning training project that took place in Romania. From a theoretical viewpoint we aim at contributing to a rather understudied area at the intersection between project and process management literature. We show that project management could borrow some process management tools and techniques in designing highly repetitive activities. From a practical viewpoint, the case presented
