A three-dimensional model and finite element model of the diesel engine SCR catalytic converter were established by using ANSYS software. The numerical simulation of the internal flow field for the diesel engine SCR catalytic converter was performed. The results show that the pressure loss of the catalytic converter is larger and the velocity distribution in the front of substrate is nonuniform.
