Open and recreational spaces as the parameters of the dwelling quality

Open and recreational spaces represent the essential content of a residential zone, whose arrangement, equipping and maintaining affects the dwelling quality. The conducted analysis has an aim of issuing recommendations and guidelines for the improvement and revitalization of the free and recreational spaces, which determine the dwelling quality.
