Solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas (SPTP) is an uncommon low grade exocrine pancreatic malignancy. We represented a 22 years old female with an abdominal mass of 4 years history and symptoms of weakness, loss of appetite, 7 kilograms weight loss and swelling for almost 2 months.
