... turers' teaching was conducted. A SWOT-Thematic qualitative method was used to collect and analyze qualitative data. Data analysis showed that ICT Competency could be a strength as well as threat for lecturers. On the other hand, it was found that blended learning had actually brought more opportunities for learning when compared to threats that came with it. Some theoretical and practical implications were discussed based on the findings.
