In this study crude leaf extract of Parthenium, were tested for their larvicidal activity. The different solvents were used namely ethanol, methanol, water (aqueous) for the preparation of crude extracts from the plant leaves. The larval mortality after 24 hours of exposure were observed separately at concentration like 0.2mg, 0.4mg and 1m extract. The different concentration solvent extract of the plants showed good larvicidal activity.
