Magnetic Properties of Iron at Frequencies up to 200,000 Cycles

The measurements of magnetization, core loss and skin effect of iron at high frequencies described in the following were undertaken partly in order to get data for predetermining the core loss and magnetic densities in high frequency alternators and partly in order to investigate che possible usefulness of iron for transformer construction at high trequencies.
