Background. The new coronavirus infection COVID-19 has reached a pandemic in a few months. Large-scale measures have been taken to prevent the spread of infection, both in Russia and around the world. Developed and implemented measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 on the territory of the airport complex, which is part of the Moscow Aviation Hub (UIA). An assessment of the incidence among employees was conducted, laboratory testing of airport employees for coronavirus infection COVID-19 was carried out: PCR for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 virus RNA; Anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG. Conclusions. It was revealed that the complex of the developed measures has proven its effectiveness, made it possible to prevent the spread of infection among airport employees.
