Conclusion: Depression diagnosis as well as treatment depends on satisfactory notions of its etiology. Given the depressive patient's heterogeneity and the multiple psychophysiologies' factors associated with the disease, we suggest a research strategy that takes into account objective manifestation in order to guiding new diagnosis methods.
