Atualmente, o mercado apresenta uma grande concorrência, em que as empresas precisam se adequar para não perder seus clientes, com este fator, ou seja, a concorrência, vem a necessidade de investir no capital humano, e as organizações, muitas vezes, optam por investir no processo de treinamento. Assim, este estudo traz as seguintes questões norteadoras, como o treinamento organizacional pode ser considerado uma ferramenta de produtividade para a organização, e quais os benefícios que o treinamento pode trazer para a empresa? ABSTRACT The present study presented here is an article produced in the discipline of Human Resources Administration II of the undergraduate course in Administration at the Faculty of Itaituba. It aimed to verify how organizational training can be considered a tool for productivity. Since training is a learning process that transmits knowledge to employees, allowing the evolution of their skills and increasing their knowledge, thus improving their attitudes in favor of the organization. Currently, the market presents great competition, in which companies need to adapt to avoid losing their customers, with this factor, that is, competition, comes the need to invest in human capital, and organizations often choose to invest in the training process. Thus, this study raises the following guiding questions, how can organizational training be considered a productivity tool for the organization, and what benefits can training bring to the company? The research was developed through bibliographic research to support the work, qualitative research, with an exploratory and descriptive character, with application of field research and as a data collection instrument the questionnaire applied to the manager of the company O Boticário in the municipality of Itaituba-PA. Through the research it was possible to observe that the manager considers the training process essential in the improvement of activities related to the company's production process, since there is always an innovation in the company's products and it is necessary to have training whenever new goods arrive, to have more product knowledge when passing on information to customers. He also comments that the training brings a differential to the company by standardizing the processes focusing on the quality of the organization's service to retain customers. In this way, it is understood that training has a long-term evolutionary process, both for organization and for the skills of its employees. This evolution is one of the fundamental pieces for the organization's differential regarding its competitors, if organizations aim to have a competitive advantage within the current economic scenario, they need to have something that their competitors aspire to no longer have, that is, they need to have something that individualizes them. about your competitors. To achieve this advantage, organizations invest in the potential of their employees by offering them training, motivational talks and an organizational environment in excellent conditions, always trying to keep their customers happy and loyal.
