Electrophoresis 222 developed gonads. These facts reveal that conditions on this region are less favorable to they reproduction. There are two possible factors, among others caused by hydroelectric station, as a lower water temperature and oxygenation. The Prochilodontidade family is composed by iliophagous-migratory fish, that swimming upstream to deposit their eggs every year in the end of dry season.
