... harmony environment in the company or organization.The purpose of this research is also to evaluate the technology readiness of the users in the process of adopting ICT in economic field in Finance Directory UGM, estimated from the positive and negative belief of the users toward the technology with adopting method TRI. The result of this research shows that generally, the readiness of SI users in Finance Directory UGM is in medium level, eventhough the users tend to have no comfort feeling and high discomfort feeling toward technology users.
