Measuring the Sufficiency of the Infusion of Generic Skills of Real Estate Graduates by Training

It is necessary for students to acquire relevance skills that will improve their job prospects and make them more competitive in the job market. Subsequently, the formal curriculum of the real estate program lacks emphasis on the assimilation of generic skills in the curriculum. It identified the need for generic skills assessment of real estate graduate. The study concentrates on the acquisition of generic skills of real estate graduate in the process of teaching and learning provided the initial evidence of the 'Embedded Model'. The research refers to the Malaysian model on the implementation of generic skills in higher education. The findings were verified through focus group discussion with the various stakeholders in real estate education.
