This survey study was conducted to investigate the job satisfaction of Govt. primary school teachers in Pakistan administrative Kashmir. We applied Lester, P. E. (1987) teacher's job satisfaction questionnaire (TJSQ) with nine factors, supervision, colleague, working condition, pay, responsibility, working itself, advancement, security and recognition to assess the level of job satisfaction of primary school teachers.
