The purpose of this study was to clarif シ the features of the new graduate nurse , s experiences who resigned within one year of hospital cmployment , and to examine preventing the early resignation . The research consisted of three studies . In the first study , fi 食ecn concepts describing the experiences of the new graduate m ∬ se who resigned emerged using the Methodology fbr Conceptualization of Nursing. The metasynthesis revealed shared experiences , experiences specific to the nurse who resigned , and expedences specific to the nurse who continued working . To prevent early resignation , thc results suggested the importance of acquiring an attitude as a professional nurse , the necessity fbr appropriate self 」 evaluation , the impo質ance of understanding obligation as independent member of society , and the importance of aoquiring skills f ( )r step by step problem solving .
