For a desired change of locations, the consumer usually has several mobility options. Various means of transport are often in competition with the convenience of a private car. In particular, the use of public transport is regularly regarded as not sufficiently attractive to represent a serious alternative to the private car. more » ... shift towards public transport, the attractiveness of public transport needs to be increased or the costs reduced. This thesis focuses on the distribution and sales of mobility services and explores ways to reduce the cost to consumers of using technical systems or distribution channels for mobility services. First of, a suitable systematization of the tasks of sales and distribution for mobility services is developed. Subsequently, various micro-organizational models for distribution systems are examined regarding certain characteristics (consumers transaction costs, quality parameters, risks, further costs and their split between suppliers and consumers) in order to show the respective advantages and disadvantages. There is no one clear preferable option. Depending on the target horizon and the weighting of short- and long-term production and transaction costs for suppliers and consumers, different systems are suitable. This block is followed by the formulation and comparison of design options for organizational models regarding the access of the consumers to information and services of several mobility providers by means of a uniform distribution system instead of the use of separate distribution systems per mobility provider. Various actions of the public authorities in the form of potentially feasible design and participation options are compared and their respective advantages and disadvantages presented.
