In the article the methodology of productivity, the productivity of capital, and total factor productivity. According to the authors, to resolve the issue of competitiveness of the enterprises with innovation, enhance productivity; improve the quality of management and labor resources and appropriate incentives. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the region, the authors consider the need for the development of technical processes at the enterprises of the region, and proposes practical recommendations aimed at improving productivity through modernization of fixed assets of the region's economy, improving the efficiency of management and quality of labor resources.
