Aim: To assess the diagnostic value of 3D MRCP in evaluation of cases with biliary obstruction. Patients and Methods: 20 patients with clinical suspicion of biliary obstruction were encountered in the study and subjected to imaging assessment including MRI of the abdomen and 3D MRCP.
