The purpose of present study is to find out the effectiveness of Yoga on Emotional Competence of Secondary Students. The design of this study is experimental with pre-test – post-test control and experimental group. So the investigator followed a quasi-experimental study. Thirty five students were considered in the experimental group and another 35 students were in the control group.
